Who designs your items?

We – Literary Shop made all the designs posted on this website. We may use any background for our products but we assure you that we have extended licenses for our designs from their corresponding artists.

Do your chains turn yellow?

Yes. As our items are made of iron chains and settings we suggest that you avoid any liquid to make any contact with it.

Do you accept wholesalers/resellers?

We’re currently not accepting wholesalers/resellers.

Do you accept subscription box collaboration?

Can I have a custom design made?

When Will I Receive My Order? Can I have it ASAP?

Do You Ship Internationally?

What Happens To Lost or Stolen Packages?

LiteraryShop is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.

Do you do meet-ups?

Unfortunately no.

Can I cancel my order

We are strictly implementing the No Cancelation Of Order policy. So, please make sure that you are 100% ready and capable of paying your order/s. We don’t want to experience any trouble or delay for both ends.

Can I refund/change an order?

Items sold are non-refundable unless fault or breakage occurs upon arrival. We quality check every piece before it is shipped out but, there is always human error. If this happens to be the case, please drop us an email. If you have any other issues with your order please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to see how we could make your experience better.
